The Integral Stage @ The Portal
Join Layman Pascal, Bruce Alderman for a month at The Portal
You’re Invited to The Portal: A Month of Integral Exploration
Join us this January at The Portal, a philosophical live event space. This month we host The Integral Stage, led by Layman Pascal and Bruce Alderman, who will guide us throughout a month-long journey into the depths of integral theory and practice. This series of events invites you to explore contemporary meta-theories, reflect on transformative ideas, and personally engage with a multiperspectival approach to ethics.
Throughout the month, we’ll host four unique events, each offering a distinct lens on integral theory and its practical applications:
Sunday, January 5th
An Introduction to The Integral Stage
For this event you will be introduced to the contemporary use of integral theory through the lens of the work at The Integral Stage.
Sunday, January 12th
Integral Grammatology with Bruce Alderman
Delve into Bruce Alderman's innovative work on "integral grammatology," a new way to see the history of metaphysics through the lens of parts of speech.
Sunday, January 19th
Layman Pascal on Gurdjieff and Sexuality
Reflect on Layman Pascal’s unique understanding and practical application of Gurdjieff’s teachings on sexuality/libido in the context of integral thought.
