The Weight of Immortality

Philosophy Portal has just released its fourth anthology, Writing For (a) First Cause, inspired by Lacan's Écrits (story here). ​ To ceberate the release of the new anthology we will be hosting a special session at The Portal this Sunday August 31st @ 7pm CEST inspired by some of my core contributions to the anthology as a whole titled "The Weight of Immortality". ​ If you are interested in how a psychoanalytically-informed philosophy might think about the idea of a "grand unified theory of everything", or the structural nature of society today, or the concept of the life and death drives, consider getting involved. ​ To attend the event, you can either register as a member of The Portal, giving you access to four live events per month, our entire history of recordings, as well as other special privileges. ​ You can also get involved by emailing me proof of purchase of the new anthology, Writing For (a) First Cause.
